We strive to make our policy hassle-free as possible, Listed below is our process;

First, a phone consultation to confirm rentals and services we listen and simply provide awesome results

Once we confirm your rental products you will receive a invoice our service agreement can be found below by clicking the link

The invoice will highlight all rentals and important terms and conditions of Elevation Party Rentals

There is a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold and secure the contracted event date

To make your event rental process hassle-free, we offer drop-off and set-up options for an additional fee depending on the rental

All rentals have a 24-hour return policy, all rentals must be returned within 24 hour of service or additional fees will be applied.
